Live Spanish Moss for Decor or Cultivation

This is live Spanish moss that grows abundantly on our property on the historic site of Ebenezer, GA. I collect it live when an order is placed and ship in an unsealed gallon bag. Bags are overstuffed so you will receive more than what would fit if I sealed the bag. Spanish moss is naturally gray in color when dry. You will know it’s alive by spraying it with water and seeing it turn green when wet. Dead moss is black and brittle. This moss does not take nutrients from trees and prefers various oak species. It will not survive on pine trees or cedar for very long. Other species of trees seem to be fine. It prefers indirect light or shaded areas.
